Steve Grant: Modea Man

 While studying up on Steve Grant for this week’s Speaker in my Advertising class, I came across a Q&A with him on the direct marketing news. Just from looking at what he was saying I was getting inspired and pumped up for what this guy has to say tomorrow. He seems to have a lot of passion about what he does. One of the questions he was asked was how the smaller digital agency, Modea, is keeping up with the big name agencies. Steve explained that the most profitable companies had the most engaged customers. Engagement can measure employee happiness. Taking the creative and intellectual side of cracking problems for clients. For our class’s upcoming project on the “Project brief” I want to see how we can take that idea and reflect on our project. He seems like a creative guy that likes to emphasize on the well being of the company. When I asked my buddy about him, whom works at Modea and encounters him, he simply said, “The Man”. I am also curious on what the next plans are for Modea moving ahead in the future and with changing markets.
